Intellectual property rights

Disputes

The user remains free to accept or refuse recourse to mediation. In the event of such mediation, each party shall also remain free to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, recourse to mediation or acceptance of the solution proposed by the mediator, any dispute between a consumer customer and the Company shall be brought before the competent court in accordance with the rules of common law.

Subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal shall have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute of any kind whatsoever or any dispute relating to the formation, interpretation, performance or termination of these legal notices.
